BLUE WATER VENTURES INTERNATIONAL, INC AND PROJECT PARTNER ENDURANCE EXPLORATION GROUP, INC ANNOUNCE PREPARATIONS FOR 2019 OPERATIONS

March 28, 2019 — Blue Water Ventures International, Inc. (OTCPK:BWVI) and Endurance Exploration Group, Inc (OTCPK:EXPL) announced today that preparations for field operations for 2019 are well under way. Multiple vessels with technical personnel and dive teams will be deployed to the Carolina’s in the 2ndQuarter which coincides with the return of good weather to the region.

Initial field operations will include a thorough archeological study of the area in and around the site of the SS North Carolina, a paddle wheeler steamship that was lost in 1840.  The SS North Carolina is similar in many respects to the SS Pulaski, they were both built around the same time, sank only two years apart, were both involved in the packet trade, they traveled the same routes, serviced the same types and classes of clientele, and would have carried similar cargoes of age and quality.

Keith Webb, CEO of BWVI, states “These are very exciting times and we are looking forward to a successful season.”

In addition, BWVI will launch an intense survey on 12 wrecksite locations the Company purchased GPS coordinates on several years ago. These surveys will include side scan and magnetometer sensing in mid-April and will be completed by mid-May, weather permitting.

A Portion of Pulaski Shipwreck Coin Collection Has Sold

February 13, 2019

St Petersburg, FL – Endurance Exploration Group (OTC: EXPL) and expedition partner, Blue Water Ventures International (OTC: BWVI), are pleased to announce that they have sold a portion of the rare coins recovered from the SB Pulaski wreck site during the 2018 dive season. The joint venture partners have retained certain coins, as well as unique and valuable artifacts for monetization at a later date, and will provide the opportunity for display, academic study, and public viewing.

The proceeds from the sale of these coins was sufficient to recoup the costs of salvage efforts in 2018 and will provide sufficient working capital for the upcoming 2019 salvage season. The coin sales will allow the expedition partners to continue excavating the 1838 SB Pulaski wreck site, which is estimated to still contain 98% of its coins, precious metals, and additional valuable artifacts. The JV Partners estimate that they have only recovered approximately 2% of the valuable cargo from the shipwreck and are eager to commence the 2019 dive season and continue the potentially lucrative salvage effort.

Further, the proceeds from the coin sales will provide additional working capital to commence salvage operations on additional wreck sites, such as the recently arrested 1840 loss of steamship, ‘North Carolina’, which was once owned by the Vanderbilt shipping line.

Selected coins were sold to one of the world’s largest coin distribution companies, Asset Marketing Services (AMS) who is making selected coins available to their numismatic collecting clients.   Collectors interested in acquiring coins from the Pulaksi shipwreck may contact AMS at Govmint.com

AMS CEO, Bill Gale, commented “At the time the SS Pulaski sailed, Americans carried both foreign and U.S. coins in their pockets and they made no distinction between the two in daily commerce. This changed in 1857, when foreign coins were no longer considered U.S. legal tender, but the Pulaski treasure offers a fascinating glimpse into how Americans viewed their money during our first 80 years as a country. Another thing that impressed me was the high quality of the U.S. coins recovered from the wreck. Even though the coins were lost at sea over 180 years ago, many of the recovered coins are in astonishingly good condition.”

Blue Water Ventures CEO, Keith Webb, commented “To see these coins come to life after almost 200 years underwater, is a site to behold.  We are thrilled that Asset Marketing Services will be able to share these special coins with the public.”

OPERATIONS ARE BEING EXPANDED TO INCLUDE THE WRECK BELIEVED TO BE THE SS NORTH CAROLINA

October 23, 2018 -Jacksonville, Florida – Blue Water Ventures International, Inc. (OTCPK:BWVI) and project partner Endurance Exploration Group, Inc (OTC:EXPL) will expand its operations to what is believed to be the wreck of the SS North Carolina.  Endurance Exploration operating under it’s joint venture Swordfish Partners, has been granted a custodianship of the vessel, by the Middle District Court of Florida.

The SS North Carolina is of interest to our venture because of its similarity to the Pulaski. It sank in 1840, only two years after the Pulaski. It was of similar size and design and operated along the same routes along the East coast of the United States.  Operations will begin by conducting a thorough archeological study and survey of the area, using advanced underwater sensing technology.  We believe likely discoveries similar to those being made on the Pulaski will also be found on the North Carolina.

THE PULASKI SALVAGE PROJECT HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOR TWO YEARS

October 16, 2018 -Jacksonville, Florida – Blue Water Ventures International, Inc. (OTCPK:BWVI) and project partner Endurance Exploration Group, Inc (OTC:EXPL) have reached an agreement that will extend the Pulaski Joint Venture through 2020.

This extension will allow the parties to plan and schedule additional vessels and equipment needed to complete the salvage of this shipwreck.   Blue Water has committed to make best efforts to acquire a larger vessel that will be a state-of-the-art platform and base of operations for working in the depths of water these unique shipwrecks lie in.    Keith Webb of Blue Water Ventures states “With the amount of material recovered, we’ve only scratched the surface of the Pulaski recovery. A thorough archaeological study along with recovery operations will require at least two years to complete.”

OWNERSHIP OF ALL PULASKI ARTIFACTS HAS BEEN GRANTED BY THE US FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT

October 4, 2018 -Jacksonville, Florida – Blue Water Ventures International, Inc. (OTCPK:BWVI) and project partner Endurance Exploration Group, Inc (OTC:EXPL) announces that US Federal District Court in Tampa, Florida has issued an order granting ownership to over 600 artifacts and pieces of treasure recovered to date from the wreck of the SS Pulaski. This collection of artifacts includes some of the earliest and rarest United States gold coins ever found on a shipwreck.

With the court’s affirmation of ownership of all Pulaski treasures recovered to date, efforts to monetize the treasures will now begin. As stated in earlier releases, Numismatic Guarantee Corporation (NCG) has been authorized to conserve and authenticate the coins and other artifacts. The coins will be encapsulated and labeled with the denomination, variety, grade, pedigree, serial number, and other info relevant to the Steamboat Pulaski.

UPDATE PULASKI RECOVERY PROJECT, COINS AND ARTIFACTS

September 26, 2018 -Jacksonville, Florida – Project partners Blue Water Ventures International, (OTCPK:BWVI) and Endurance Exploration Group, (OTC:EXPL) offer our heartfelt thoughts and well wishes to our friends and neighbors in Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, NC. during the continued recovery efforts from Hurricane Florence.

In other developments, the US Courts have awarded title to more than 50 rare coins that were recovered during our winter operations from the Steamboat Pulaski, which sank in 1838. More than 500 gold and silver coins have been recovered from the wreck. All are currently being conserved by Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS) and graded by their affiliate, Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). NCS and NGC are world leaders in expert coin conservation and grading, respectively.

A number of the coins recovered from the wreck are extremely rare and are highly valued by collectors. After conservation by NCS and grading by NGC, they will be securely encapsulated in tamper-evident NGC holders with labels bearing their descriptions, conditions and historic pedigree.
“NCS and NGC are honored to have been selected to conserve, grade and protect these coins,” says Mark Salzberg, chairman of NCS and NGC. “Their history and provenance, coupled with their rarity and condition, will make them prized by collectors.”

In addition to the coins, several beautiful and ornate pocket watches have been recovered. These watches display the meticulous detail and painstaking precision of the craftsmen of the day. One watch chain and fob has been fabricated from fine stippled gold and ends with an intricately designed hand wrought wire charm. “We’ve just scratched the surface on the Pulaski recovery, we expected the rare coins, but the pocket watches have been a total surprise. Each trip to the site reveals a little more of the Pulaski secrets.” States Keith Webb of Blue Water Ventures (BWVI)

Endurance Exploration Group (EXPL) operating through its JV Partnership Sword Fish Partners expects the Federal Admiralty Court to adjudicate title to the additional recoveries within the coming days. Micah Eldred, President of Endurance Exploration Group adds, “We have been very pleased with the project success to date, our partnership has performed well, the court process has been timely and smooth, and we look forward to additional Pulaski finds and recoveries in the coming months”

WRECK OF THE PULASKI CONTINUES TO PRODUCE AMAZING TREASURES

July 11, 2018   Project partners Blue Water Ventures International (OTCPK:BWVI) and Endurance Exploration Group (OTC:EXPL), announce that recovery efforts on the historic 1838 SB Pulaski wreck site located off the coast of North Carolina are continuing to produce artifacts.

The Dive Team has been able to make the most of favorable weather conditions for diving/recovery at the beginning of July.  Over a five day trip to the site, our team uncovered what appeared to be a small chest with over 240 silver coins, and 9 rare gold coins.  Several pocket watches including one very ornate and beautifully detailed ocean life pocket watch.   Other items include 41 pieces of silverware, stoneware and ships hardware.

“The recoveries are beginning to bring a lost window of time back to life.” stated Keith Webb, President of Blue Water Ventures International, “this wreck site is like a giant puzzle, and we are working to put the pieces back together.”

The Dive Team has been working in approximately 120 feet of water and as the recovery field broadens more material is revealing itself.   The technical dive training during the winter has really paid off allowing the divers to spend 3 to 4 hours more a day underwater.   To date a total of 390 silver coins, 23 gold coins, 5 gold pocket watches, and numerous other historical artifacts have been recovered.  Both companies believe, the face value for the coins found to date to be less than $300.  It was estimated that passenger losses were near $150,000, when the Pulaski went down, meaning we have barely scratched the surface of valuable coins and artifacts yet to be recovered.

Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS) and Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) have been working to conserve, attribute, and grade the coins recovered from the wreck site.  A number of the coins recovered are extremely rare and carry a high historical value.  The company will keep shareholders and investment community updated relating to the values of recovered items as appropriate moving forward.

THE 1838 SHIPWRECK WAS ‘THE TITANIC OF ITS TIME.’ DIVERS JUST MADE AN EERIE DISCOVERY

BY MARK PRICE

msprice@charlotteobserver.com

Divers recovering artifacts off the steamship Pulaski have made an eerie find that gives credence to eyewitness accounts of the night the ship sank in 1838, taking some of the nation’s richest people to the bottom of the Atlantic.

A mysterious “grapefruit-sized” encrustation found at the site off North Carolina’s coast turned out to be a heavily decorated solid gold pocket watch attached to a gold chain.

However, what has historians buzzing is the fact that the watch’s hands are frozen at 11:05. That’s 5 minutes after the time witnesses say the ship’s boilers exploded on the night of June 14, 1838. The dramatic sinking, often referred to as “the Titanic of its time,” occurred 180 years ago this month.

“We were shocked,” said Max Spiegel of Certified Collectables Group, which is handling preservation of Pulaski artifacts.

“It’s very unusual to see an artifact with that sort of impression of a historic moment, when a ship sank. Think about how fragile the watch’s hands are, yet they survived in that exact position. It’s one of the most exciting finds we’ve handled, and we’ve done a half dozen shipwrecks.”

STEAMSHIP PULASKI RECOVERY EFFORTS INCREASE SUMMER OF 2018

Jacksonville, Florida (June 6, 2018) Blue Water Venture International (OTCPK:BWVI) in conjunction with Endurance Exploration Group (OTC:EXPL) is gearing up their summer dive season on the steamship Pulaski. The favorable weather conditions on site are now allowing the dive team longer stays on the Pulaski site.

The Blue Water Rose dive team has gone through extensive training in Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures and is now certified through Technical Diving International (TDI). TDI provides training in mixed gas diving and rebreathers. The results of the training have extended bottom times for our divers threefold and increased the percentage of shipwreck material and artifacts recovered by 50% in the last 2 visits to the site.

To date, the team has recovered over 150 gold and silver coins, unique artifacts including an ornate gold necklace encrusted within shipwreck material. The team is excited to get the summer started with these recoveries, as they extend the search area we hope to make additional news with each trip to the site.

TDI is the largest technical certification agency in the world and seen as an innovator of new diving techniques and programs which previously were not available to the general public. Brian Carney, President of TDI added, “We are extremely happy that our programs have been able to provide the training for these divers to get the job done safely and are excited to see what new discoveries Blue Water Ventures and Endurance Exploration Group will find in the near future.”
